» How will my order get processed?
You will receive a confirmation for your transaction in your registered email ID
immediately after you place your order online. You will also receive a confirmation
by e-mail that will contain all of your order data.
I have paid, but have not received the CD-key. What should I do?
Usually we are able to deliver the product CD-key immediately to your registered
e-mail ID after you confirmed order. Please make sure that our mail did not land
up in you junk mail folder. In a rare case, if you have not received the mail containing
CD-key, please contact our support team at support@netripples.com.
